We are looking for a Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
In this role you will design and deliver programs that enhance employee experience strengthen organizational culture and support leadership excellence. You will act as the primary driver of key initiativescoordinating across business engineering and operations teamswhile ensuring that strategies are both globally aligned and locally executed. You will also lead the rhythm of business create communication strategies that resonate across audiences and leverage data to measure and demonstrate program success. This position is based on site in Hillsboro OR and requires presence in the office five days per week to enable close collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage site-level events including hackathons volunteer programs and social committee activities.
Serve as a liaison with local universities to support partnerships mentorship programs and resume review initiatives.
Plan and manage event logistics end-to-end including scheduling volunteer sourcing communications and execution.
Support general office operations such as preparing PowerPoint presentations managing Excel tracking files and handling project documentation.
Track progress of site-level initiatives ensuring timely updates and alignment with broader business goals.
Provide on-site presence (35 days per week as needed) to ensure smooth operations with occasional travel to university campuses.
Education: Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 24 years of corporate experience with at least 2 years in event management project management and onsite office management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word).
Comfortable working in a structured on-site environment with frequent in-person interactions.
Experience working in fast-paced large-scale corporate environments.
Background in community engagement university relations or volunteer coordination.
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage projects with minimal supervision.
Previous experience planning and executing high-visibility events.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $85000 to $90000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
