As anArea Sales Representative for South-East of Romaniayou will be responsible for the relantionship with the assigned clients reaching the performance indicators monthly sales objectives and implementing the commercial strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow customer accounts working with DIY Stores other Retailers Distributors Wholesalers Locksmiths;
Accomplish monthly and yearly objectives through a well-defined plan and ongoing initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and prepare the legal and technical documentation;
Provide specific reports based on plans or requests and business analyses.
Identify and develop business growth opportunities maximizing our company products Yale branded.
Be in ongoing contact with direct and indirect competition activities on the market and proactively propose new company initiatives.
Implement promotions according to internal merchandising policies.
Provide product training to client representatives and ensure technical support at request.
Develop proactive and efficient communication with clients in all direct and indirect interactions building long-term relationships.
Meet the client based on the monthly/quarterly plan or whenever necessary.
Requirements:
Preferably the residence in Bucuresti/Pitesti/Targoviste/Ploiesti or nearby.
