We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Compensation & Structure team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Compensation Organization Design and People Mobility.
As an intern you will assist in streamlining compensation-related workflows and contribute to the development of a
structured job architecture. You will gain valuable insights into best practices for organizational design people mobility and compensation frameworks.

About the Job
Streamline compensation-related processes and document improvements in Workday
Optimize supervisory and functional organization structures and maintain the job catalog
Assist in implementing Workday Advanced Compensation features and support compensation projects
Establish and support the framework for our People Mobility program including employee transfers
Collaborate with HR teams on ongoing projects including documentation and process mapping
About You
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Psychology or a related field
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); interest in HR technology and familiarity with Workday is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Looking for a mandatory internship
Excited about regular presence in our global HQ in Osnabrck
