**ATTENTION**
To be considered for employment as a High-Dosage Tutor you must complete the following steps:
- Complete the online application for theHigh-Dosage Tutorjob posting.
- SUBMIT a valid state issued I.D. or Drivers LicenseSocial Security Card and Background Check Authorization formto the CPSB Personnel Department. This may be completed in person at 3310 Broad Street or electronically.

Email completed Background Check Authorization Form a copy of a valid state issued I.D. or Drivers License AND Social Security Card to - SCHEDULE your fingerprints at an approved IdentoGO location using . You must provide the unique code 27KZ7S for Calcasieu Parish Employment. Payments for backgrounds are made at the time of fingerprinting. Credit/Debit cards are accepted. Cash is NOT accepted. A list of approved IdentoGO locations will be available for you to choose a location.
- Once steps 1-3 are complete submit the following documents in person to the Personnel Department at 3310 Broad Street.
- Proof of High School Diploma or 4-year College Degree or Teaching Certificate
- Voided Check for Direct Deposit
High-Dosage Tutoring (HDT) is a research-based instructional model that explicitly addresses students unfinished learning from core instruction and leverages extra time to prepare students for grade-level content in math and reading.Act 771of the 2024 Louisiana Legislative Session requires school day embedded tutoring for certain Kindergarten through 5th-grade students. High-dosage tutors will addressmath and reading for low performing students in grades K-5.
