Our Education Consultant meets with every family to develop a personalized academic planso youll know exactly what each student needs to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions focused on reading comprehension writing grammar and vocabulary.

• Teach critical reading and argumentation skills helping students analyze texts identify evidence and form logical arguments.

• Help students improve communication and speaking skills including oral presentations discussions and confidence in expressing ideas clearly.

• Assess students strengths and areas for growth to create individualized lesson plans for elementary middle and high school students.

• Guide students in essay writing literary analysis and critical thinking.

• Monitor and share progress with parents/guardians regularly.

• Collaborate with parents and teachers to align tutoring goals with classroom expectations.

• Use diverse teaching strategies and materials (literature writing prompts digital tools etc.) to keep sessions engaging and effective.

• Create a positive motivating environment that builds students confidence and love for learning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children ideally in an educational or tutoring setting.

• Strong command of English grammar writing and reading comprehension.

• Ability to teach critical reading argumentation and communication skills effectively.

• Experience with students with special education needs is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to plan engaging student-centered lessons.

• Relevant degree or teaching certification preferred.
