Property: Prescott Station Apartment Homes
Property Size: 235 units - LIHTC / HUD
Employment Duration: Regular Full Time
Salary: $20-$22/hour benefits 401k matching housing discount paid time off company paid holidays

- Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper or Porter.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies Fair Housing laws Americans with Disabilities Act Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
- Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
- Participate in all community maintenance duties including; housekeeping grounds keeping and make readies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience with groundskeeping.
- Great attitude and willing spirit.
- Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
- Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
