THE OPPORTUNITY:
Since 1984 Lakeshirts has been creating the kind of resort apparel that sparks smiles and captures memories. Our Blue 84 brand is a favorite in the Resort market and were looking for a 1099 Independent Sales Rep to help grow our reach in Tennessee.
This commission-based role is ideal for someone who loves sales traveling and building genuine customer connections. Youll work with shops resorts and retailers to get standout gear that turns vacation memories into something theyll wear again and again.
TERRITORY: Tennessee ideally Memphis or Nashville but if you live anywhere in the state and this opportunity speaks to you lets talk.

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with current and potential customers

QUALIFICATIONS Connector Closer Self-Starter Road Warrior
- Background in apparel or gift sales is a plus
- You thrive on prospecting and winning new business
- Great at building and maintaining customer relationships
- Comfortable working independently and hitting goals
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce is a bonus
- Thrives on traveling throughout your region

COGNITIVE OR MENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Must be able to see and hear read and write. Requires good judgment people-oriented flexible organized diplomatic reliable enthusiastic courteous helpful patient.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequently sits walks and reaches. Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. Must be able to travel as needed.
