Job Summary
This part-time position will handle Back of House duties at the Pilot House during the Fall/Spring semesters. (May also be required to execute the duties of this position at other locations on campus as needed.) Position will report to a Bon Apptit Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Possess the ability to meet Bon Apptit unit specific uniform standards for this position Utilize all Personal Protective Equipment per Bon Apptit guidelines Wear a cut-resistant glove whenever using a sharp or potentially sharp tool or instrument Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision Interact professionally with other employees customers and suppliers Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations Must possess or obtain current Oregon Food Handler Card
Preferred Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience preferred not required.
