We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team supporting leading audio brands. Whether you prefer working remotely from anywhere in Spain or hybrid from our Barcelona office this is your chance to power the brands of the future while growing your career.
What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of the brand ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and valued:
Respond to incoming customer requests with professionalism and empathy.
Provide technical support on products/apps.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring advanced IT and audio expertise.
Keep up-to-date with product applications and knowledge base to deliver accurate solutions.
Proactively update customers on the status and progress of their cases.
What You Bring
Were looking for people who combine excellent communication skills with technical know-how:
Proficient/Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
Strong customer care skills with a genuine passion for problem-solving.

Comfortable working in Windows and Mac environments.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service ideally in technical support.
