We are looking for a #TechTalent to take on the role of Integration and Production Engineer for a project in the logistics sector.
What will you do
- Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments;
- Handle Level 1 and 2 incidents and create/submit tickets;
- Perform initial diagnostics apply procedures and escalate issues as necessary;
- Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans;
- Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents monitor service quality and implement technical changes;
- Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.
What are we looking for
- Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2);
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB;
- Knowledge of Linux (RHEL) Windows monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon) and scripting tools (Bash PowerShell);
- Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK stack / Kibana / Grafana;
- Availability for on-call duties;
- Fluency in French and Portuguese (mandatory).
