As Selection Intelligence PM you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance Amazon Mexicos selection intelligence capabilities working with technology and machine learning solutions to drive data-informed selection decisions. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking to build scalable solutions that impact millions of customers.
Key job responsibilities
Own and develop comprehensive selection intelligence frameworks across multiple business segments (Essential Selection Premium/Luxury B2B)
Define and implement data quality standards for external selection signals ensuring high accuracy and relevance
Partner with global teams to build and maintain selection monitoring mechanisms and dashboards
Lead relationships with external data providers to expand and optimize selection signals
Collaborate with InTech teams to leverage AI/ML capabilities for selection optimization
Drive the development of mental models for complex selection spaces (unbranded emerging brands substitutes)
Build and maintain selection performance metrics and reporting frameworks
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong experience in data management automation and machine learning applications
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excel at stakeholder management across multiple teams and organizations
Show proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous fast-paced environments
Be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations
Have experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
