If you meet the following requirements you could be the perfect fit for our team:
Students currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program or recent graduates with 0-2 years of professional experience.
Academic Background: Pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Economics Mathematics or any other with a strong analytical focus.
High Achiever: Strong academic record and a proven track record of success.
Great Communicator: Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English.
Problem Solver: Proactive creative and passionate about finding innovative solutions

Step 3. Technical Exercise: If shortlisted you will be asked to complete a quantitative exercise in person at our offices in Bogot.

Step 5. Interview: If you are a finalist youll be invited to an online interview to discuss your experience and goals.
Step 6. Final Offer: Congratulations! Well extend a job offer and get you ready for your exciting onboarding process to start working together in January 2026
