About the Role
As a People and Culture Advisor at Haymes Paint youll play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience. Youll advise on People and Culture policies drive the implementation of learning and development initiatives and support leaders to embed people practices that align with our strategic goals.
What Youll Do
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and case management
- Design and deliver engaging L&D programs using various modes of delivery
- Work within frameworks for recruitment performance and career planning
- Analyse People and Culture data to generate insights that drive engagement and performance
- Build strong internal relationships and support policy implementation
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
- 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong communication analytical and coaching skills
- Ability to manage complexity and drive accountability
- Passion for people culture and continuous improvement
