Job Description:
What will you work on
You will lead the credit and collections process within the AR Finance department managing a small team and overseeing credit applications deductions and issuance of credit notes. Youll be responsible for monthly quarterly and annual reporting coordinating with Sales Audit and internal risk teams to ensure effective collection strategies and accurate financial reporting.
How will you create impact
- In charge of the credit and collection process and lead staff.
- Decision making within the area and with the staff in charge.
- Responsible for the personnel of applications and issuance of credit notes.
- Responsible for coordinating meetings with Sales and Audit for processes and solutions.
- Responsible of analyzing and completing communicating and coordinating with the team and KAMs everything related to allowances.
- Responsible of monthly quarterly and annual AR reports for all accounts.
- Monitor customer credit lines reporting on them to internal risk and legal teams.
- Identify and review metrics for write-offs credit limits repayment plans and service levels.
What are your skills and experience
- Experience in collection knowledge and activities
- Knowledge and experience with the ERP system
- Fluent in spoken and written English
