Responsible for inspecting troubleshooting and repairs to electronic and mechanical equipment in the arcade ensuring games are running smoothly and maintaining them for optimal guest experience. |

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
- Knowledge of basic computer/electronic maintenance and repair
- Ability to operate forklift and other heavy machinery a plus
- Ability to reach electrical and other mechanical instructions and schematics
- Ability to reach and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Knowledge of using multi-meter with low and high voltage
- General knowledge of safely operating tools and equipment
- General knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Work flexible schedule including nights weekends and/or holidays as needed

Education and Experience
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous experience with arcade game maintenance or previous experience as a slot mechanic preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
Arcade Maintenance: Install maintains and repair arcade games and various equipment - Assist in training team members with familiarity with equipment and basic repair problems.
- Responsible for daily review of out-of-service equipment and repair needs
- Contact manufacturers to obtain part numbers and assist in diagnostics when repairs need to be escalated
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests for services by guests employees and management with the goal of keeping the maximum number of games operational
- Understand and complete the required paperwork and daily checklists for ride/attractions in accordance with State requirements
- Assist with maintaining inventory of parts and equipment
- Required to diagnose equipment/game malfunctions
- Assist with occasionally relocating games
- Perform preventative maintenance and special projects which include but are not limited to:
- Equipment maintenance: clean lubricate change filters bets pulleys cleaning coils lubricating basic troubleshooting etc.
- Light electrical: replace bulbs ballasts outlets and switches
- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the satisfaction of Lucky Snake Arcade & Raceway
- Completes other duties and assignments as needed
Customer Service: - Interact with arcade patrons associates and other management team members to provide optimal guest service experience
Arcade Cleanliness: - Required to maintain the highest standards of organization and cleanliness
Safety: - Point out an assist in eliminating safety concerns
Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the arcade team and other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive efficient and positive environment
Performs other related duties as assigned by the arcade Supervisors Managers and Directors. |
