Job Description
LendKey is seeking a Senior Product Manager Data Solutions to lead the development and execution of data-driven products and platforms that power our lending ecosystem. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. Youll work cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency enable AI capabilities and support customer-centric innovation.
This is a high-impact role that blends product leadership with technical depth. Youll be responsible for shaping the data strategy that underpins our platform and driving initiatives that directly influence company OKRs customer experience and long-term scalability.
Importantly this role serves as a solutioning partner to customer-facing product managers helping them define and own their reporting needs while ensuring consistency and alignment with platform capabilities. Youll work closely with the data engineering team to maintain a clear boundary between product-specific reporting and core platform development.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the roadmap for data solutions aligning with company goals and product strategy.
- Translate business needs into scalable data products that support lending servicing and acquisition workflows.
Execution & Delivery
- Manage the data product backlog prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery through agile practices.
- Collaborate with engineering analytics and operations to build and launch data solutions.
Solutioning & Enablement
- Partner with customer-facing product managers to help them define and own their reporting needs.
- Ensure consistency in data definitions metrics and reporting structures across teams.
- Act as a bridge between product and data engineering guiding solution design without overloading platform teams.
Data Architecture & Platform Alignment
- Work with technical leads to design data architecture that supports analytics reporting and AI experimentation.
- Establish clear success metrics and delivery milestones to ensure consistent execution and measurable impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders on data strategy product updates and feedback loops.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure data products meet usability and integrity standards.
AI & Innovation Support
- Support the integration of AI capabilities into data platforms enabling predictive analytics and automation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data for intelligent decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in product management data strategy or analytics platform leadership required.
- Strong understanding of data architecture governance and analytics workflows.
- Experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks Snowflake) and AI tooling preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a regulated industry is required; experience in financial services or lending technology is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $150000 to $175000 per year based on relevant experience skills and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary within this range based on factors such as individual performance location and business needs.
