Job Description
Node Coordinator Role Profile
The Node Coordinator role is to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by coordinating Node to Node activities across the MPN Network. Providing ongoing internal support expediting stock transfer orders (STOs) and coordinating communications to stake holders ensuring that we support our customers in a safe and compliant manner.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all identification of STO expedite requests from Week 3
- Manage all requests onto the Airlog and communicate with necessary stakeholders.
- Support MRC Collaborations process with the MRC Coordinators and SCPC teams and investigate any MRC roll posting issues.
- Act as a point of coordination between Operations Transport CSAs SA and SCPC teams
- STO Backorder Management of STO backorders where there is Stock available in the parent node.
- Update Short Sheet for inter-node material
- Review Invoice defect resolution for node to node transactions
- Inbound defect resolution for node to node transactions
