This role plays a key part within our dynamic and fast paced Talent Acquisition team in delivering high-quality recruitment support and advice across our Department.
About the Role
As a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor youll guide hiring managers through NSW Government Sector Employment (GSE) compliant recruitment strategies prioritising non-advertised processes ensuring smooth and effective outcomes for both managers and candidates. Youll be working across a high-volume recruitment portfolio where your ability to manage competing priorities maintain attention to detail and deliver consistent high-quality support will be key to your success.

Who we are
