  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $99938 to 110271 superannuation and leave loading

This role plays a key part within our dynamic and fast paced Talent Acquisition team in delivering high-quality recruitment support and advice across our Department.

About the Role

As a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor youll guide hiring managers through NSW Government Sector Employment (GSE) compliant recruitment strategies prioritising non-advertised processes ensuring smooth and effective outcomes for both managers and candidates. Youll be working across a high-volume recruitment portfolio where your ability to manage competing priorities maintain attention to detail and deliver consistent high-quality support will be key to your success.

About You

Youre an experienced and adaptable talent acquisition advisor who thrives in fast-paced high-volume recruitment environments. You take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes enjoy the momentum of quick wins and are driven by a strong commitment to service excellence.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • High-volume recruitment experience proven ability to manage multiple recruitment requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • GSE expertise sound knowledge of NSW Government Sector Employment rules and guidelines (highly desirable)
  • Attention to detail a meticulous approach to documentation compliance and candidate communications
  • Customer focus a commitment to delivering positive experiences for hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Self-sufficiency able to work with minimal direction take initiative and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Team collaboration a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive high-performing team
