Job Description
This permanent opportunity places you at the heart of a diverse group where youll be accountable for internal and external financial reporting compliance governance and strategic input at the highest level. Youll oversee multiple business units partner with the executive team and ensure the organisation remains financially sound efficient and future-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full finance function from reporting compliance and audits to cash flow and risk management.
Influence strategic direction by working closely with the CEO and Exco.
Manage budgets acquisitions and governance processes across the group.
Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Hons Accounting degree
Accredited CA (SA)
ITC and Credit Clear
Minimum 15 years post-article experience
Strong financial reporting budgeting and compliance background
Proven experience in managing/supporting external audits
Experience in financial services advisory or related sectors (advantageous)
Solid understanding of financial systems and process improvement initiatives
Hands-on proactive and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
