Position Overview
TheLehigh Valley Fleming Neuroscience Institute is seeking a board-certified Neurologist with strong interest and expertise in Sleep Medicineto join our current group of 45 neurologists representing the wide variety of neurology subspecialties. Our Sleep Laboratories accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and in collaboration with the Department of Medicineoffer comprehensive sleep diagnostic services including home sleep apnea testing.
Major responsibilities include patient care teaching and clinical research. The ideal candidate should have a strong record as a clinician in the management of sleep disorders and should possess a passionate commitment to academics and teaching.
In a Sleep Neurology career with LVHN youll experience:
- Practice 100% Sleep Neurologywith the option to incorporate General Neurology
- Treat a diverse range of sleep disorders including sleep apnea narcolepsy sleep-related movement disorders and parasomnias.
- Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic polysomnography across three AASM-accredited Sleep Laboratories interpreting in-lab polysomnograms home sleep apnea testing and multiple sleep latency tests
- Teach and mentor medical students residents and clinical neurophysiology fellows
- Participate in research and other academic initiatives within the Jefferson Health and the Thomas Jefferson University system

Qualifications
- ABMS board eligibilityor certification in Sleep Medicine is required
- A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required.
