Your day-to-day activities will include:
Coordinating international shipments (Cross-trades)
Managing bookings with origin documentation and customs requirements
Providing proactive customer updates and resolving service issues
Liaising overseas agents and internal departments
Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You will be experienced and competent in:
Freight forwarding or logistics (sea freight/airfreight)
Systems (freight & procurement)
Customer service and problem solving
Collaboration and communication
