Sales Negotiator & Valuer - North Leeds - 28500pa 45000pa Uncapped OTE Pool Car
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent to join this well respected Estate Agency in North Leeds as a Sales Negotiator and Valuer!
Working across a wide range of residential properties you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of properties from First Time Buyer apartments through to multi-million pound homes.
A market leading package is on offer for the right person including an uncapped commission structure.
This is an ideal role for an already experienced Estate Agent to take the next stepin their career!
The Reward
- 28500pa
- Uncapped 45000pa OTE
- Access to a Pool Car

- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
The Person
- Must be an experienced Estate Agent
- Valuing experience would be an advantage but is not essential at this stage
- Be smartly presented and able to converse and work closely with clients at all levels
- Be a skilled negotiator and deal closer
- Be IT literate and have experience of using an in-house CRM
- Must have a passion for property and a desire to be the very best!
- Must hold a full UK driving license
The Role
- Working within this established and well regarded Estate Agency in North Leeds selling residential property from 100000 to 2m
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and liaising with all parties concerned
- Being the first point of contact for new client enquiries booking in property valuations
- Where appropriate conducting residential property valuations and instructing them to the market
