About the Position: Sales Coach - Travel Sales (Cebu) Onsite
Start Date: ASAP

Educational Qualification: College Graduate
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of coaching or team leadership experience in sales (preferably within a call center environment)
- Proven experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas across various products
- Strong objection handling skills
- Negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems QA tools and Excel dashboards
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents focusing on closing techniques overcoming objections and script adherence
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to align coaching priorities with overall business goals
- Ensure agents follow client-approved scripts legal disclosures and meet quality standards
- Review and analyze daily and weekly performance reports
