Job Description
Young Chevy Cadillac is looking for a Service Porter to join our fast-paced customer-focused team! This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional dealership environment and play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our service customers.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to move customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Clean customer vehicles as needed
- Transport customers to and from the dealership
- Deliver customer vehicles when required
- Inspect loaner vehicles for damage upon check-in
- Inspect new vehicle deliveries from transport companies
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What Were Looking For:
- Positive professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and team-oriented
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dress Code / Appearance:
- Business casual (no jeans or t-shirts)
- Shirt must be tucked in at all times
- Professional appearance required

Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check for motor vehicle and criminal record
- Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
