The HR Generalist is responsible to provide end-to-end HR support to associate employees. This role will be responsible for leading the performance management cycle ensuring alignment with company policies and supporting internal stakeholders during annual reviews. This role involves managing the core/non-core framework recruitment and life cycle management of associates including onboarding benefits administration and exit processes. The HR Generalist will oversee headcount management organizational effectiveness and development initiatives collaborating closely with HR Business Partners. Additionally the role includes HR operations employee engagement activities cultural transformation efforts and administration of employee welfare programs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Performance Management leads the performance management cycle of the associates by compilation of data base and continuous audits to ensure the process is aligned with the policy. Provide end-to-end support internal stakeholders during annual performance review of Associates. Provide refresher sessions to employees to support the effective utilization of the performance management system for effective goal setting career development and performance feedback. Assist with compilation of the promotion cases and getting the necessary approvals form the HOHR & Director Operations.
- Core / Non Core Framework Work closely with business and ER team on execution of core / non core framework movement of contractual employees on core and non-core roles in accordance with the standard policy and protocol of the organization. Keeping the locked headcount intact and work on creating / managing the data base along with standardizing procedures.
- Associate Recruitment Actively and vigilantly work on recruitment of open roles along with upcoming retirement cases and transfers of Associate staff inter and intra functions. Lead recruitment for all contractual employees (associate level etc.). Simultaneously creating requisition in workday and keeping the data base (hiring tracker) updated. Keeping a check of contract extensions / termination and way forward. Managing Exit interviews for all the leavers and identifying action items for HR along with managing the data base.
- Associate Life Cycle management Manage all HR processes from onboarding to termination which include orientation onboarding benefits administration separations exit interviews clearance process.
- Managing Headcount Be on top of total strength for Associates vacant role open roles etc. Actively reviewing reporting Lines organizational charts and Workday Management for Associates. Managing around 1800 headcount within Operations.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Development Provide support to HRBP Operations in implementing structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy and meet evolving needs of talent and organization. Work in close collaboration with HR Business Partner for talent development and talent retention within Associate level.
- HR Operations Work closely with communities of expertise and HR operations to ensure timely delivery of HR reports timely resolve Workday queries in time terminations and requisitions time workday profile and headcount audits.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives Provide proactive support to HR Business Partner to take initiatives and organizing various local events including Rafhan Rabta long service awards Eid Christmas and Year-End celebrations to enhance employee experience.
- Cultural Transformation Represent HR on various local regional and corporate platforms and act as liaison to ensure company values are well embed at all sites.
- Employee Welfare Administration: will be end to end all welfare benefits administration / coordination as per the CBA agreement.

- Bachelors in Business Administration Human Resources or Management Sciences
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
- English fluency both written and spoken
