HQ - Kolkata

Geography - entire east for IGM BaxSol and Corporate channel

Planning:

Monthly/quarterly sales forecast to NSM/BUM to facilitate sales forecasting and planning

  • Planning for resource allocation in his territory to achieve goals
  • Quarterly activation plan for the region
  • Plan coaching sessions with team

Execution

  • Deliver primary sales targets and SGP goals month on month
  • Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts and SME (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Manage costs by devising optimum account coverage plans and expenses of team members
  • Working closely with various sales channel heads (Govt. Corporate accounts) for tenders and price contracts
  • Review and manage team performance through SFE coaching and providing developmental inputs
  • Managing smooth recruitment on boarding and exit of team members
  • Working closely with commercial training team on executing various training programs and provide inputs on timely basis to develop such programs
  • Coach and monitor team on Ethics and Compliance
  • Execute P5 and GTM by closely working with the marketing team

Strategic Imperative:

Drive the right segmentation and targeting in the region

  • Focus on driving growth across channels
  • Drive profitability by managing SGP and expenses
  • Driving Market Development initiative in IGM Locations and by collaboration with Corporate Chains from north
  • Exploring and establishing new products and therapies

Financial

  • Achievement of primary sales target revenue from new accounts
  • Achievement of primary sales target revenue from existing accounts
  • Meet SGP Expectation by selling right product mix in the region
  • Revenue split from Trade Corporate and Govt. accounts
  • Manage operational cost (travel supply chain and marketing) of the team in line with business expectation
