Job Description
What you need to know:
This is a permanent full-time role.No weekends no late nights past 6.30pm or BH are required. You will work alongside a great support teamto help you cater to a steady flow of customers. Touchstoreis the dispensing system used.
What youll be doing:
- Advise customers on their medication
- Assist in the dispensary
- Manage dispensary stock
- Verifying and assistance with PCRS claims
- Selling products based on good product knowledge
- Deal with customer medication queries
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A helpful and courteous manner
- Diligent individual
- Previous Irish retail pharmacy experience is essential
- Good knowledge of pharmacy products
