Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an ManageEngine Engineer to administer configure and maintain our IT management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with key ManageEngine products and will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance functionality and security of our IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues collaborating with internal teams and supporting our IT operations.This is a contract to hire role that can be remote but must provide occasional onsite support to our client location in the Detroit Metro Area MI.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with specific ManageEngine solutions such as ServiceDeskPlusand OpManager.
  • Knowledge of ITIL for managing IT service processes
  • Strong understanding of Network and System architectures and administration
  • Experience with Active Directory SQL and SIEM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
