Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Sales Manager at Cedar Creek Motorsports you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Recruit train and manage the sales team
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching
- Inventory reconciliation
- Forecast goals and objectives for saleson a monthly and annual basis
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
