Job Description

Business Change Manager

Location:Leeds or Manchester - Hybrid

Function: Transformation & Change (CAPTG)

At CAPTG Europe our Transformation & Change team is the driving force behind strategic investments across our portfolio. We work at the very heart of the business partnering with CSuite leaders Centres of Excellence and teams from Product & Engineering to Finance HR Marketing and beyond to deliver change that creates real measurable value.

Now were looking for a Business Change Manager to shape deliver and embed highimpact initiatives that empower teams unlock efficiencies and strengthen operations across the region.

The Opportunity

This role goes beyond managing projects youll own and deliver meaningful transformation. One day you might be mapping the strategy for an enterprisewide process change the next youll be engaging leaders across multiple business units to align priorities overcome barriers and drive adoption.

Youll:

  • Shape & deliver transformational initiatives that support strategic objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders at every level from operational teams to Board members ensuring everyone is informed aligned and empowered.
  • Manage change lifecycles from definition and planning to full adoption benefits realisation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide governance and insight to keep progress transparent and stakeholders confident.

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience in business change delivery from operating model shifts to organisational transformation.
  • The ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and tangible results.
  • Confident engagement with CLevel executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in planning communication analysis and reporting delivering at pace.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops building networks for change and creating compelling change communications.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint Excel and project tools.

Bonus points for:

  • Degree or equivalent in business change or technology.
  • Strong experience in business transformation and largescale change initiatives.
