This position is located at Dawes Fretzin Dermatology Group LLC.
The Technical Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between operational teams and external vendors to assess and translate system functionality needs into effective solutions. This position is responsible for EHR support desktop support server maintenance and connectivity and website management. Responsibilities include managing user access and security performing data analysis and integration troubleshooting interface issues and developing reports to support operational decision-making. Additionally the role involves participating in system upgrades and integration projects and staying current with industry trends. The Technical Systems Analyst serves as a key member of the leadership team actively shaping strategic decisions to enhance business processes and technology solutions.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent major is preferred.
  • In lieu of an Associate Degree a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years of relevant IT experience is required.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with operational leaders and frontline staff.
  • Experience supporting EHR/EMR a plus.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Interface communication and data structure alignment.
  • Databased management and structured query languages.
  • Server maintenance and support.
  • Desktop and printer support.
  • Reporting and analytics.
  • Business process improvement skills are a plus.
  • Application server architecture and programming.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite.
