The Role
As Head of Para Sport System & Partnerships you will lead PAs national initiatives that strengthen governance delivery and integration across Australias para-sport system. Youll unite government NSOs schools allied health and community partners to deliver measurable outcomes. This role can be based in either Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne offices.
You will oversee PAs programs including the National Classification System Supercharged Pathways and the Para Equipment Fund managing budgets timelines risks and reporting to ensure impact for athletes and the wider system. Youll align work with the 2032 High Performance Sport Strategy and embed robust monitoring and evaluation.
A values-driven leader you bring project discipline influence and the ability to inspire collaboration and continuous improvement.
This executive role can be based in either Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne offices but will require work outside standard hours and travel interstate travel.
