Commercial Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and risks.
Sales & Revenue Management
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing ensuring revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize sales performance.
Contract & Vendor Management
Lead contract negotiations with clients vendors and partners to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any disputes or deviations.
Pricing & Costing
Design pricing models and strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements to enhance margin performance.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value or strategic accounts.
Financial & Performance Analysis
Prepare commercial forecasts budgets and reports for senior management.
Analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
