We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead Tamworth Hospital one of the largest referral hospitals in regional NSW. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a high-performing facility and drive innovative patient-centred healthcare.

You will hold full accountability for the strategic direction operational management and service delivery at Tamworth Hospital ensuring safe high-quality care for Every Patient Every Time!

You will also lead the planning implementation and evaluation of services to meet current and future needs of the community while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and aligning with district wide performance and reform initiatives.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at local district and state levels.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in health administration in business or related degree with a health-related focus and/or relevant equivalent extensive senior management experience in line with the position.
