Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive aftermarket mining product sales across Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asia region. This role is central to strengthening long-term client partnerships and ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and solutions from the FLSmidth portfolio.

As part of our Service Business Line you will manage key customer relationships identify growth opportunities and collaborate with technical experts to deliver value-adding solutions.

What Youll Do

  • Build retain and strengthen relationships with key clients in your territory

  • Develop short- to medium-term sales plans to protect and grow existing accounts

  • Identify replacement consumable and equipment opportunities within customer installations to expand wallet share

  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Field Service Engineers to drive consumables and service offerings

  • Engage cross-functionally with Professional Services and Regional Sales Leaders to deliver customer-focused outcomes

  • Monitor market pricing and provide insights on competitiveness and localization opportunities

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a focus on exceptional service delivery

  • Promote a strong culture of health safety and wellbeing in all activities

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field (preferred)

  • 7 years experience in key account management technical sales or aftermarket solutions (mining or heavy equipment industries preferred)

  • Strong ability to develop strategic account plans and execute on sales opportunities

  • Proven track record in building and sustaining long-term client relationships

  • Excellent communication problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects

  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%) within Indonesia and SEA
