About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our partners client a very famous and popular fast food chain brandin China
Job Responsibilities
- Sort out strategic cooperation business resources and match development directions;
- Team building and training to improve the professional processes and development capabilities of the development team;
- Network planning and layout in core cities;
- Establishment of development archives and asset management;
- Understanding and forecasting the current situation development plans of the national commercial market and commercial real estate;
- Acquiring and analyzing supporting knowledge to support market development;
- Continuously improving the development system and sorting out business models to match phased development;
- Strategic alliances for core businesses.
Job Requirements
- With more than 8 years of experience in development and site selection including more than 3 years of experience as a development leader;
- Having corresponding team management experience with team management of more than 10 people;
- Having experience in development and management of franchise chain brands / direct-operated catering stores including experience in network planning strategic alliance establishment of national development systems and improvement mechanisms etc.;
- Having work experience in McDonald/KFC system social catering with priority given to those who have worked in McDonalds Yum! Brands and Dicos; those with experience in brands with more than 1000 stores are preferred;
- Ability to resolve contradictions and conflicts (for internal and external enterprises and markets etc.); having business thinking and the ability to build and improve development systems;
- Being passionate tough in style with a strong sense of purpose result-oriented diligent and dedicated.
