Hastings Deering is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Brisbane Branch.
This position will work with the Brisbane Field Service team ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service.
This is aPermanent Full-time Monday to Fridayrole.
The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to:
- Build and maintain customer and internal relationships acting as the key operational contact for assigned customers.
- Ensure invoice clarity and prompt payment by verifying accurate parts labor and work descriptions.
- Communicate effectively with all parties.
- Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team.
- Implement action plans for financial targets.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Trade Qualification desirable.
- Experience working within a service orientated department
- Sound computing skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft AX.
- Be able to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety.
