The Hypersonics Systems Division of Leidos Dynetics is seeking a talented Division Administrative Assistant to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense space cyber and commercial fields Leidos Dynetics provides responsive cost-effective manufacturing engineering scientific and IT solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the division staff as well as Hypersonics and TPS program teams. As an integral member of the team the selected candidate will work closely with all levels and types of staff found in a corporate environment - including program management engineering and technical staff executives and customers. Therefore a professional demeanor and good communications skills are required. Ethical behavior and the ability to be trusted with confidential data and other corporate matters is critical.
Key duties will include the following but are not limited to:
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 5 years or prior relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
List additional skills and experience that is nice to have but not required.
The following skills/abilities are desired:
Analytical and strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written ability
