Ansell is looking for a Manager Global Category Management to join our team in Iselin NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in leading North America portfolio management and strategy overseeing product lifecycle quality regulatory compliance and P&L for the category. This role drives regional portfolio activation leveraging market insights competitive analysis and cross-functional collaboration with Global Category Management Planning Marketing Customer Service and Commercial Sales.
The base salary range for this position is $105000 to $115000 U.S. Dollars per year

What your role will be
Strategy Deployment:
Implement and execute the business units long-range plan and overall portfolio strategy in the North America region.
Build deep knowledge of the industrial landscape and emerging trends.
Identify new development opportunities research potential mergers and acquisitions and analyze market value and competitive landscape.
New Product Development & Commercialization:
Lead the North America new product launch process in coordination with global category managers planning and regional marketing teams.
Drive concept development and testing through customer feedback using value proposition and strategic assessment methodology.
Develop and execute regional launch plans ensuring products are properly set up for pricing distribution and online presence.
Deliver relevant product training for sales teams and channel partners both live and virtually.
Support activation of marketing campaigns at the regional level with project management and marketing teams.
Manage product lifecycle and portfolio improvements to drive revenue monitor sales pricing and competition and implement portfolio optimization strategies.
Sales Enablement:
Partner with sales account managers technical sales managers and regional sales leaders to provide technical expertise and support at the customer level.
Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the sales process to demonstrate product value and benefits.
Develop tools and materials to support sales in identifying and engaging target customers and channels.
Drive product adoption through business development efforts including roadshows trainings and customer visits.
What will you bring to Ansell
Bachelors degree in marketing/ business administration with a marketing concentration.
5 years marketing related experience. PPE experience preferred within the Industrial Field with a manufacturer of PPE.
2-3 years minimum experience in the development and management of marketing projects
Experience in global marketing in a matrix organization is preferred.
Prior exposure to/work experience in technical roles preferred.
