The Director of Admissions and Marketing is a key member of the schools team responsible for advancing the mission of Saint Mary School through strategic enrollment management and communications. This individual will oversee all aspects of student recruitment admissions and retention as well as lead marketing and communications efforts that promote the schools identity and engage current and prospective Responsibilities:Admissions & Enrollment:Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment strategy to attract and retain the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment including tours open houses applications and and maintain relationships with prospective families and community partners (e.g. parishes).Maintain accurate admissions and enrollment data; prepare reports and analytics for school leadership by utilizing the FACTS based RenWeb system utilized at Saint Mary & Update the happenings of the Admissions & Marketing Departments at bi-monthly Saint Mary School Advisory Board meetings. Marketing & Communications:Create and execute a strategic marketing plan to elevate the visibility of Saint Mary School and highlight its Catholic identity academic programs and community the schools branding digital presence (website and social media) advertising and print with faculty and staff to share compelling stories testimonials and school Engagement & Retention:Organize & coordinate all Admissions related events for the 25-26 school year (e.g. Open Houses) Collaborate with administration to develop and support retention strategies across grade as a school ambassador at internal and external & coordinate Family-led & Student-led Ambassador programs
