We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join SME Squared LLCs Finance department. As a Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data creating financial models and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the company. This position is vital to ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization making it an integral part of our team at SME Squared LLC.
As a Financial Analyst at SME Squared LLC you will be involved in various projects such as financial forecasting budgeting and variance analysis. You will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional teams collaborate with different departments and contribute to the overall financial success of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Develop financial models to forecast future financial performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted targets.
- Prepare presentations to communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects.
- Identify trends advise company on financial matters and recommend actions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of financial statements and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
