As our new Vendor Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing a portfolio of strategic Trade Partners helping us deliver quality projects drive innovation and build long-term industry partnerships.
You will embody an Inspirational approach to work.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and execute strategies for your portfolio of Trade Partners to ensure alignment with upcoming projects.
- Lead master contract negotiations covering core terms and conditions.
- Oversee performance management across projects with a focus on safety quality financials capability and capacity.
- Act as the escalation point for Trade Partner issues driving resolution and continuous improvement.
- Build strong long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the evolution of our Trade Partner Engagement Framework including policies procedures and performance metrics.
- Contribute to risk management compliance and business continuity planning.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years experience in vendor management procurement or commercial roles - ideally with major contractors or in large-scale construction environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute portfolio strategies negotiate complex contracts and manage supplier performance.
- Strong supply chain knowledge and established industry networks.
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Procurement Supply Chain Construction or related fields are highly regarded.
