CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist / CNC Machinist / CNC HBM Machinist required to join a leading aftermarket engineering company based in Tomball TX.
CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist / CNC Machinist / CNC HBM Machinist will be responsible for performing a variety of finish machining practices including drilling threading (tap & thread mill) and boring while maintaining close tolerances on a wide range of components. The role requires fluency with Fanuc Controls (Tosnuc) strong experience with cogs dill contouring heads and the use of right-angle heads.
CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist / CNC Machinist / CNC HBM Machinist will ideally have experience working to tight tolerances in a production environment with the ability to read and interpret blueprints G-Code and technical programs while ensuring compliance with specifications and quality requirements.

- Operate and monitor Horizontal Boring Mills with Fanuc Controls (Tosnuc).
- Carry out precision machining operations: drilling threading and boring to specification.
- Confident using cogs dill contouring heads and right-angle heads.
- Read and interpret blueprints work instructions and G-Code.
- Monitor machines adjust feeds maintain temperature and identify issues.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
- Uphold company safety policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist / CNC Machinist / CNC HBM Machinist Requirments
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years previous machining experience (preferred).
- Proficient in reading and applying blueprints and G-Code.
- Skilled with precision measuring tools (micrometers calipers indicators).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Legal to work in the U.S. with ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test background check and physical performance evaluation.
