SAP Finance Business SME (freelance)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company a large scale S/4 Hana transformation. This is a vital role acting as a bridge between Corporate Finance and IT shaping global processes and driving operational excellence across business units.
Start date: As soon as possible
End date: Initial contract until end of year with extension likely
Location: Europe-based (remote with travel one week per month to Portugal)
Utilisation: Full-time

What you can expect
YOU provide expert input into key finance processes: financial reporting statutory compliance cost controlling and budgeting
YOU collaborate closely with IT to ensure technical solutions reflect business requirements
YOU ensure smooth integration of SAP FI/CO with related modules including MM and SD
YOU act as a lead for end-user training change adoption and documentation
YOU contribute to the harmonisation of global finance processes while ensuring local regulatory compliance
What you offer
YOU bring deep expertise in SAP FI and CO including GL AP AR asset accounting cost centre accounting product costing and CO-PA
YOU understand IFRS GAAP and local tax regulations with strong management accounting and compliance knowledge
YOU have experience working in cross-functional SAP programmes with a solid understanding of intercompany processes TRM or consolidation
YOU are familiar with SAP Project Management methodologies ideally with knowledge Activate knowledge
YOU are an excellent communicator fluent in English able to liaise between technical teams and senior finance stakeholders
YOU are based in Europe and willing to travel to Portugal for 1 week per month
