We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the design and development of engaging visual content for eLearning modules promotional mailers newsletters and video assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling and digital design to grow in a collaborative environment.
What a typical day looks like:
- Design graphics and layouts for eLearning modules newsletters and promotional mailers.
- Assist in video editing and post-production for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to ensure visual consistency and effectiveness.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
- Prepare assets for web and mobile platforms ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
- Support the team with creative input during brainstorming and concept development sessions.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Multimedia or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
