General Manager Food Manufacturing

We are partnering with a rapidly growing food manufacturer food service and retail business based in Lisburn. With multiple sites and consistent year-on-year growth they are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations and drive continued success across the business. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for the food industry and operational excellence.

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Extensive experience in senior leadership within food manufacturing food service or retail.
- Proven track record in managing multiple sites and driving operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting forecasting and P&L management.
Desirable:
- Degree in Business Food Science or related field.
- Experience in scaling up operations and managing growth.
