Experience: and nbsp;5 years in export-import operations preferably in the jewellery or manufacturing sector
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented and nbsp;Exim Manager and nbsp;to handle end-to-end and nbsp;export-import operations including and nbsp;customs clearance DGFT liaison documentation and regulatory compliance. The candidate should have a strong understanding of international trade regulations especially in the gems and amp; jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete EXIM documentation for exports and imports including shipping bills invoices and packing lists
- Coordinate with and nbsp;customs freight forwarders and CHA and nbsp;for timely clearance
- Handle and nbsp;DGFT-related matters and nbsp;such as EPCG Advance Authorisation and filing of applications
- Maintain export-related MIS tracking shipments and documentation filing
- Liaise with banks for export documentation and realization tracking
- Stay updated on trade policies customs duties and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business Commerce or related field
- 5 years of experience in EXIM operations; jewellery export experience preferred with MS Office proficiency
- Strong knowledge of and nbsp;customs procedures DGFT policies and export documentation
- Good communication coordination and amp; laisioning skills
