Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for both blue-collar and white-collar employees. This role includes talent acquisition employee retention compliance employee relations and strategic HR planning. The HR Manager will also work closely with manpower contractors colleges and training institutes to ensure a strong talent pipeline and an engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with blue-collar manpower contractors.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality talent at all levels.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews assessments and reference checks.
- Partnerships & Talent Pipeline Development
- Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges universities and training institutes for campus hiring and internship programs.
- Collaborate with vocational and technical institutes to source skilled manpower.
- Employee Retention & Engagement
- Implement strategies to retain employees and reduce attrition.
- Conduct stay interviews and analyze retention trends.
- Design and execute engagement activities and recognition programs to boost morale.
- Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations across all workforce levels.
- Handle grievances resolve conflicts and ensure workplace harmony.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams for smooth workforce management.
- Performance Management
- Lead the performance appraisal process for all employees.
- Guide managers in setting clear goals and providing performance feedback.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs for both blue- and white-collar staff.
- Organize upskilling programs in coordination with institutes and trainers.
- Policy Compliance & Payroll
- Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll inputs.

Qualifications:

- HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP CHRM PGDHRM) are an advantage
