Earned masters degree from an accredited institution in the field of College Student Personnel Counseling Higher Education or related field;
Five (5) years of full time progressively responsible professional experience in student affairs or student services preferably in admissions in a college or university setting.
At least three years of supervisory or management experience.
Experience working in student information/ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management and planning leading major projects and initiatives from idea through execution and assessment.

Regular reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.
Knowledge of recruiting and admissions operations and regulations.
Ability to provide direct and indirect leadership of various college departments.
Must be current in issues affecting the administration of enrollment functions (i.e. legal issues student development theory risk management policies multicultural issues etc.) as well as knowledge of related federal and state laws and regulations.
Demonstrated commitment to increasing access for traditionally underrepresented populations.
Sound judgment and decision-making ability
A deep understanding of the obstacles that first-generation low-income students and communities face with respect to college planning attendance and completion
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form including ability to present to a large audience
