Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Litigation Paralegalideally with experience in personal injury or complex litigationto join our dynamic this role youll be at the heart of high-stakes cases working alongside some of the nations top trial attorneys. From case inception to trial preparation you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on clients lives while sharpening your litigation skills in a supportive fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare litigation documents including pleadings discovery requests/responses affidavits and trial exhibits
Conduct case research and gather evidence to support asbestos exposure and mesothelioma claims
Coordinate discovery depositions hearings and trial preparation with attorneys
Maintain and manage complex case files ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all documents
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients keeping them informed and supported throughout the legal process
Draft correspondence case summaries and timelines for attorney review
Provide general litigation support including scheduling filings and billing as needed
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or a paralegal certificate
12 years of paralegal experience ideally in litigation or personal injury law
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment with multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal research tools preferred
Prior exposure to asbestos mesothelioma or complex tort litigation is a plus

Starting salary from $45000 depending on experience
